Remodel
Generally, an existing pool surface will need to be remodeled every 15 to 20 years. A pool remodel can be the starting point for an added spa or even BAJA shelf. A full pool remodel typically includes new water line tile, new plaster or pebble finish with new pool and spa coping. Pool water features can be added and update to remote operated pool equipment with energy efficiency.
New Pool

The city requires certain property line setbacks, but once placed, we can then embellish the pool and spa with water features to enhance the yard. For instance, high bond beam walls with water cascades or a spectacular waterfall, or a raised spa allowing water to flow into the pool. There are so many different water applications to the pool landscape, we would love to design with you and finalize a pool design style that will embrace your yard and home.
A few custom pool features include the zero edge spa with continuous flowing water into the pool, including an all tiled surface or the zero edge pool edge with continuous water flow over the tiled pool coping, and the infamous infinity edge pool for that desired water line view on the vista.
Fire Features
The night life comes alive with fire feature ambiance. Generally, an outdoor fire pit will be about 12” high to keep you warm and rest your beverage. A fire pit can be of many different materials, shapes and colored fire glass. The finishes can be poured in place concrete, cut stone or even granite tops. And the style can be modern rectangular shape or a curvy circle or a custom shape to fit the space.
Outdoor Fireplaces create the ambience needed for an outdoor entertaining space. Outdoor Fireplaces can be pre-fabricated or custom, stone clad or with concrete cap finishing touches. If you can dream it, we can build it!
Water Features
So many custom water features can be added to a new or existing pool. The most popular water features include raised bond beam pool walls with sheer descent water cascades or even more present is the spa to pool spill way, with continuous flow. CEO, Jason Warren’s favorite water feature is the stacked stone water cascade from an 18” raised spa into the pool. Deck jets can shoot water 10 feet into the pool. And water bubblers are added to the BAJA shelf or beach entry for bubbling water effect.
Another client favorite is the pilaster on the water edge with a concrete bowl displaying either a water spill way into the pool or a fire flame out the top of the concrete pottery, these are called Fire Bowls.
